Altoona PA - 29 December 2008 - Quinn & Associates, the North American Network Partner for Preactor software products, announces three new contract awards for the world’s leading advanced planning and scheduling application. SIVACO purchased the Preactor APS system through one of the Canadian Preactor resellers West Monroe Partners. West Monroe Partners have been retained for training and implementation assistance. Fortis Plastics LLC and Champion Photochemistry each have also purchased Preactor Advanced Planning and Scheduling systems directly from Quinn & Associates who will also provide services to these companies.

Altoona, PA - 18 December 2008 – Quinn & Associates Inc, the North American Network Partner for Preactor software products, announced today the appointment of Enrique Barraza as the General Manager of Latin American Operations.
The duties of Mr. Barraza will include expanding the reseller network on Mexico, Central American, and the Caribbean; providing services and training to those clients where Spanish is the primary language spoken by client staff; and bringing insight into effective marketing with the Hispanic community.
