Preactor Express offers an unlimited number of resources, products and operations within a schedule. Additional fields are also available for order and operation attributes.
The Express has an Import/Export wizard to change the mapping of data that can be imported into the orders, products, resources, resource groups and orders data tables. Schedule information to be exported can also be customized.
There is a Capable to Promise enquiry button by which an test order can be added to the existing schedule to find an achievable delivery date. The product, quantity and earliest start date can be entered and Preactor will automatically explode the order into the process steps and forward sequence these to find the earliest completion time without altering existing orders.
Preactor Express has a web publishing tool. This allows the automatic creation of a Gantt chart onto a web page. This can be useful to share the current schedule with other departments and suppliers.
